SBPOA CLUBHOUSE
Our SBPOA Clubhouse is available for rentals!!
The Sound Beach Property Owners' Association Clubhouse sits comfortably atop the highest point in Sound Beach, with a view of Long Island Sound.
This charming building is home to many of SBPOA's exciting events and meetings, and is available to rent for private events. The Clubhouse is perfect for showers, birthday, engagement, Christening, graduation or holiday parties.
The rental cost for SBPOA members in good standing is $500 with an additional $500 refundable damage deposit. Non-SBPOA members may rent the clubhouse for $700 and an additional $500 refundable damage deposit.
The capacity is 150 guests. Our Clubhouse features a large, spacious kitchen and a cozy, traditional-styled bar. A refrigerator and freezer are available. Use of chairs and tables is included within the rental.
