SBPOA CLUBHOUSE

Available for rentals!

With a view of the Long Island Sound, from the highest point in Sound Beach, the SBPOA Clubhouse offers a charming setting for community gatherings and private celebrations, including showers, birthdays, engagements, Christenings, graduations, and holiday parties.

Frequently Asked Questions

Current SBPOA Members: $500.00 

Non-Members: $700.00


Members must be in good standing.


Please Note: An additional $500.00 refundable damage deposit is due at the time of reservation.

The Clubhouse accommodates up to 150 guests, total.

The Clubhouse features a spacious kitchen, traditional bar, refrigerator and freezer.  

Tables and chairs are included with your rental.
