The Board of Directors is responsible for the business operations of the Sound Beach Property Owners' Association.
The Board of Directors is made up of individuals who are Sound Beach residents and SBPOA members in good standing. Board members are volunteers and are not paid.
The membership elects Directors at the SBPOA Annual Meeting in August. A Director's term is generally three years.
The new Board elects officers at its first meeting in September. All Board officers have a one-year term.
Led by experienced community advocates, Sound Beach Property Owners Association is guided by a board of directors focused on transparency and impact. We encourage community input and collaboration at all levels.
